QTAC School Web Services

Schools with students undertaking a standard Year 12 program in Queensland and northern New South Wales may gain complementary access to QTAC School Web Services.  Services include:

• Application statistics - an effective mechanism for tracking your students' tertiary application progress
• Tertiary Application Power Point presentation
• QTAC Publications - both current and archived.
• QTAC forms - school users

To ensure that all schools can monitor student tertiary applications in a timely manner, access to this service is provided free of charge. Schools need to register with QTAC and receive a password to access the service. This password is changed annually and schools must re-register by 30 May to receive their new password. Registered schools should ensure that they make a copy of the information regarding students who completed Year 12 in the previous year as this data is removed in June in preparation for the next application period.

QTAC Web Services for Tertiary Institutions

Staff from tertiary institutions that participate in QTAC, who require access to QTAC Member Institution Web Services, should ask the QTAC Admissions Contact at their institution to forward their request to the Chief Executive Officer at QTAC.
