Changing Your Screen Resolution

In order to use QTAC's Online Services, the display resolution on your computer screen needs to be set to at least 1024x768 pixels.

NOTE: If you cannot set your screen resolution to at least 1024x768 you cannot use QTAC's Online Services.

To set your display resolution, follow these steps:

Microsoft Windows98:

  1. Open the Control Panel - use the 3 steps shown below.

    1. Click the Start button on the bottom left. 2. Click Settings. 3. Click Control Panel.

  2. Double click on the Display option - it may show as icons (see A below) or as a list (see B below).

    The Control Panel may be shown as icons or as a list.

  3. Select the Settings tab.

    1. Click the Settings tab.

  4. Modify the Settings following the 3 steps below.

Microsoft Windows XP:

  1. Open the Control Panel - use the 2 steps shown below.



  2. Follow the links.



  3. Now follow the instructions in point 4 for Microsoft Windows 98.
